SCRATCH: Computação Criativa – Um Guia em Português

O Scratch é uma linguagem gráfica de programação concebida no Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  O Scratch foi divulgado ao grande público e disponibilizado através da Internet em Maio de 2007. Ainda nesse ano “entrou” em Portugal através de quem primeiro intuiu as potencialidades desta ferramenta; em 2009 era defendida uma tese de mestrado na Universidade de Lisboa [ver aqui], e ultimamente tem havido um amplo conjunto de iniciativas EduScratch no campo da formação de professores com o patrocínio do MEC [cf. aqui], porque se acredita que o Scratch pode levar os jovens (inclusive do ensino pré-escolar) a desenvolver a motivação para a criação de projectos com as TIC antes da motivação para o consumo.

No passado dia 23 de Setembro foi dada a notícia, em cima do acontecimento, de que o MIT acabara de lançar um Guia Curricular para utilização do Scratch (74 págs.) [ver aqui].

Hoje, passado apenas um mês(!), existe uma versão em Português... [ver aqui] graças ao esforço e entusiasmo desta equipa:

Here are some fresh news from Portugal (EduScratch Team - CCTIC - ESE/IPS  ERTE/DGIDC)!

After (precisely :)) one month of hard team work, we have finally translated to Portuguese your Scratch Curriculum Guide Draft – Creative computing.

Now you have a portuguese tool that can be spread not only in Portugal, but also on Brazil and all portuguese speaking communities. It is an amazing document and it was a great challenge and pleasure to make this version. Of course it is open to suggestions that make the translation even more perfect and accurate.

I will share it on SCRATCHED today. We are sharing it now on our sites, facebook and twitter...
